So we’ve had summer, what did you miss it? and Autumn is on its way, and with that we get to Christmas. So do you ever find yourself asking how does Exeter change, how do you know Christmas is coming in Exeter, well i have my three signs and they are;

at Number 3 – Late night shopping hours posted in shops
Yes i know Exeter (retail) closes down most nights at 5.30pm/6pm, so you will be pleased to know that look in a few shop windows or ask the manager and they will tell you its not long to the late night Thursday. This is when most stores stay open until 8 or 9pm.

at Number 2 – Gingerbread Latte sold in Starbucks
The gingerbread latte is my favourite hot bevarge sold by Starbucks and i am pleased to advise this will be on sale in your local Exeter store from November 4th, and guess what? i shall be first in the queue.

at Number 1 – Calendar Club opens in Exeter
Yes a clear winner has to be when those seasonal specialist retailers move in, and yes i have to advise Calendar Club is getting ready to open on the High Street.
