Duke of York Square Food Market, Chelsea

The Saturday Food Market which happens in the pedestrianised square at the top of the Kings Road is a must for when I visit London. Here you can find all sorts from Cupcakes to amazing Moroccan and Indian food – the chicken flatbread I had last time I was there was simply delightful!

Each time I have seen maybe 40 or 50 different food producers, everything from small 1 person outfits to larger maybe family businesses.

The market was started by the adjacent food store Partridges in 2005 and I think is a great way to spend a Saturday morning, when you have finished have a coffee or pop into the Saatchi Gallery, you are a ‘stone’s throw’ from Sloane Square also.

I would like to open a stall in the market. What can I do to get a stall up and running within a few weeks?

    Thanks

Hi, The market is run by Partridges, and they will either invite you to become a member if they like your products or alternatively you will have to apply for one. There is quite a waiting list as it is a fantastic market. We have been there for over a year now and love being part of it. Good luck, Ben
