Last night I was delighted to be speaking at the Dawlish OpenDaw project which is a community project based in Dawlish that helps micro and small businesses with all aspects of their business development and is based in the Methodist church in Dawlish, certainly one of the more intersting places I have presented in.
I was talking about ecommerce and how this may be used and implemented to help the business owners reach new customers and markets. We had a very diverse range of business owners, from a bridal shop to a tanning salon to a sign company and a magician. They all contributed to a lively and informative session that lasted 1 hour and covered a variety of key topics for small businesses to consider along with 4 key action plans for them to think about.
