Disney Store opens in Exeter

One of the best known brands in the world has opened a store today in Princesshay. For Exeter this is a major coup it sees a major brand invest in the city at a time when other stores close and units are empty even at the new Princesshay.

This new Disney store will sell a range of merchandise including clothing, toys, videos, DVDs, stationery, gifts, costumes and books, the general stuff that you can find in any of the other Disney stores in the Southwest – Bristol and Plymouth. The simple fact that Disney is opening in Exeter must be a major kudos for the city as a whole, a real destination store, what do you think?

Just to let you know that first Disney store opened in California over 20 years ago, wonder if Exeter was a place they’d thought Disney would be trading in?
