A question i often get asked is how can i be interesting with my tweets, what do i tweet? You could follow all sorts of convention, best business practice. None of these will mean anything if those followers dont turn into regular listeners of your tweets who watch out for your posts and maybe become enquirers or customers even.
Lets be honest their is a huge range of content that can be a tweet, maybe you have a great news story, a new product, maybe a cost saving or just a general conversation telling your followers what you’re doing or maybe thinking. This in its very nature is a one way flow, you are simply telling people what you are doing, its just information, maybe even a bit of entertainment.
The type of tweet i love is one that starts a conversation, maybe you ask a question or reply to anothers tweets, you could even be controversial, all to stir a response. You will have seen from a couple of posts i have made how asking a question really works and is almost like a viral advert as, dont forget your name is also featured in the tweets.
So hopefully you can see that ideally your Twitter feed should have a mixture of tweets, all to create a human feel as to who you are. Dont concentrate on just one aspect you dont want to seem all superior but at the same time you dont also want to seem like a one trick pony.
