I have had my Flickr account for a few months now and am pleased to add and manage a growing photostream on the site, so you can imagine my surprise to be notified that some of my photos had been selected for inclusion in a London Guide. Now I love going to London I love its viberance and inclusion, so I am delighted to hear that three of my photos have been selected for inclusion in the newly released eleventh edition of the Schmap London Guide.
The pictures that were chosen can be seen on my Flickr photostream here;
Saatchi Gallery, Paddington and London Heathrow Airport
The Schmap London Guide comes with dynamic London maps, useful links, playable tours, top picks, plus photos and reviews for hundreds of London hotels, restaurants, bars, sights and attractions, London shops, cinemas, theaters, museums… It’s FREE to download, get your copy here.
If you use an iPhone or iPod touch, then these links will take you directly to the photos in the iPhone version of the Schmap London guide. On a desktop computer, you can still see exactly how the photos are displayed and my credit in the iPhone version of the guide at:

I am just getting into flickr and would be very interested to know how you got your photos selected to be included in the guide, this is awesome, well done.

Thanks for your comment Jennifer, i have to say my photos were ‘found’ by Schmap, so i guess the old adage applies about spending to time to correctly label all your photos, this is so they can be found and indexed as they should be.
