Very interesting article, i too have used eBay for ages and am having second thoughts about the site, just a few too many niggly issues recently and when you raise a query with eBay you just come up against a robot response. I have to say i do think you get to know a good company when you see how they resolve an issue and with eBay and PayPal in my experience their dispute resolution is only average and at times poor.

I see you are a long time user and i will be very interested to hear your thoughts on alternatives like Play or Amazon.
